Sleep Bliss Tea is a combination of beautifully scented and tasting herbs & flowers to induce a peaceful, calm and restful night's sleep.
Ingredients:
Chamomile, Lavender, Lemon Verbena, Passionflower & Lemon Balm
All our Organic Tea’s come in an Amber Apothecary Glass bottle which are refillable, reusable and recyclable.
How to steep: Place 1 tsp in a mug or cup, add boiling water and steep for a couple of minutes depending on how strong you like your herbal tea to taste. For a teapot add 1 tsp per person and repeat steps above.
*Naturally Caffeine free and makes an average of 40 to 45 cups. Weight - 50 grams
